the Mortimers have been drawing music lovers to dance floors for over four years, with their energetic and entertaining live rock dance shows which draw on top hits from the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's.
Kurt Turner – Has been singing on stage since the age of 13. He has done everything from 50's musical reviews to marching bands to punk rock.
He is a veteran of the 80’s cover band scene, and was a member of The Vancouver original band "She Screams" through the 90’s. During that time Kurt became a regular at Profile Studio’s and had the opportunity to perform guest vocals or horns for several bands including "DOA", "The Beat Farmers", and "The Sweaters". Still a member of the original Vancouver band "Standard Def" as well, Kurt has an aggressive rock voice, with exceptional depth and range.
Greg Wall, former lead guitar player and singer for Vancouver based club band "Marathon" from 1979 to 1989.
An "A" circuit band that performed throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Washington and Oregon with multiple weeks at Expo 86 and a five week stint in Singapore.
Greg also dabbles on the keyboards and saxophones.

Darrin is the newest member of the band, and the most difficult to photograph.
Scott Naylor has always been into music, first with conservatory piano, then guitar (which was much easier to bring to the beach).
He played guitar and sang in a church gospel choir, then joined some friends in a garage band playing bass, because that spot was available. He grabbed hold of the instrument and never let go.
A strong commitment to the bass gives a solid footing for the rest of the band to showcase their skills. "The Mortimers band are all experienced musicians dedicated to putting on a good show".
